Driver requirements
All participants must hold a current Confederation of Australian Motor Sport (CAMS) Level 2 Speed licence (L2S) or higher. For further information and to apply for a CAMS L2S licence, please visit: www.cams.com.au. Drivers are required to have their own helmet that is CAMS compliant Level A Australian Standard 1698. Non-flammable clothing that fully covers flesh from ankles up to and including neck and wrists is required at a minimum however racing suits are recommended. Fully enclosed flat soled leather shoes are mandatory.
Driving experience
Given the complexity and speed of the Mt Panorama circuit a high level of driving ability is required. In addition to your CAMS L2S licence, only those applications where the participant has previous relevant driving experience may be accepted at the sole discretion of PCA. This includes, however is not limited to, the following:
Vehicle entry
All participating Porsches must be road registered in a state or territory of Australia and compliant under all applicable laws and/or regulations. Competition vehicles are not permitted nor is the use of ‘slick’ tyres. All vehicles must be mechanically sound, roadworthy and free from any fluid leaks. PCA suggests having your vehicle checked over by an Official Porsche Centre prior to the event. Scrutineering on the day will be completed by CAMS. All participating vehicles must be made available for a basic safety check by CAMS personnel prior to commencing on track activity. No major alterations are required to your vehicle such as fire extinguishers, racing harnesses, roll cages, bonnet clips etc. No technical support or spare parts will be available within the Mt Panorama circuit. It is mandatory that you commence the event with a road worthy set of tyres and a full tank of fuel. A $100 fuel voucher is included in your participation fee for on-site refuelling during the driving experience.

Accompanying guest options
All guests at a minimum must be 18 years of age. Accommodation will be provided twin-share with the participating driver. Weekend event tickets for the Bathurst 12 Hour with exclusive Porsche hospitality is also included. Please note that accompanying guests are not permitted to be a passenger for any of the driving activities. Under no circumstances will unauthorised guests be permitted access.

Terms and Conditions
1. The organiser is Porsche Cars Australia Pty Ltd (PCA). 2. I have read, understood and accept the Terms and Conditions. Applications are completed exclusively using this application form. 3. Places are strictly limited and payment details are required with your application. 4. Due to the nature of the event, participation and vehicle usage is at the sole and absolute discretion of PCA. 5. This participant contract is effective as soon as (a) you submit a fully completed online application form; (b) PCA notifies you in writing that it has accepted your application form; (c) you pay all fees that are payable; and (d) at the event you sign and return the event Organiser’s and PCA’s deed of release and indemnity 6. No refunds for cancellation for no show. 7. Should severe inclement weather prevail and the event is cancelled, shortened or interrupted, neither the venue owner, Bathurst City Council, CAMS, Supercars Australia, V8 Supercar Television Pty Ltd or PCA will have any liability in relation to such cancellation, alteration or interruption of the event. 8. Vehicle third party property insurance and/or comprehensive insurance is the sole responsibility of the participant and vehicle owner. 9. Limited personal accident insurance for this event may be provided for CAMS L2S licence holders in accordance with CAMS personal accident insurance policy, so please refer to www.ajg.com.au/associations/cams and click on the link to the insurance handbook. I agree that all my insurance arrangements are ultimately my responsibility. 10. No entry to the Mt Panorama circuit or participation in the event will be permitted without first completing appropriate release and indemnity deeds for both the event Organisers and PCA.
