All participants must hold a current Confederation of Australian Motor Sport (CAMS) Level 2 Speed licence (L2S) or higher. For further information and to apply for a CAMS L2S licence, please visit: www.cams.com.au
Vehicle entry
All participating Porsches must be road registered in a state or territory of Australia and compliant under all applicable laws and/or regulations. Competition vehicles are not permitted nor is the use of ‘slick’ tyres. All vehicles must be mechanically sound, roadworthy and free from any fluid leaks. Porsche Cars Australia (PCA) suggests having your car checked over by an Official Porsche Centre prior to the event. No major alterations are required to your car such as fire extinguishers, roll cages, etc., however each car is required to carry two sets of warning triangles and a first aid kit (both available at Bunnings). If the vehicle registration is not in the name of the participant, please supply a copy of proof of vehicle ownership and accompanying signed letter of consent by the vehicle owner for participating driver.

Terms and Conditions
1. The organiser of the Porsche Targa High Country Tour is Porsche Cars Australia Pty Ltd (PCA). The driving component of the event is run under the auspices of Targa Australia Pty Ltd (TA) and the Confederation of Australian Motorsport (CAMS) - the relevant 2018 Targa Australia Supplementary Regulations will be made prior to the event. 2. I have read, understand and accept the Terms and Conditions. Applications are completed exclusively using this application form. 3. Places are strictly limited and payment details are required with your application. 4. Due to the nature of the event, participation and vehicle usage is at the sole and absolute discretion of PCA. 5. This participant contract is effective as soon as PCA: (a) has accepted a signed application form that meets event criteria; (b) processed payment; (c) received the signed Deed of Release and Indemnity; (d) sends you written confirmation of your booking. 6. Given the exclusive nature of the event the following cancellation charges will apply: up to and including 01.10.2018 - 75% of the tour fee; from 25.10.2018 - 90% of the tour fee; from 05.10.2018 - 100% of the tour fee. 7. Should the event be cancelled, shortened or interrupted, neither PCA, Targa Australia Pty Ltd nor CAMS will have any liability in relation to such cancellation, alteration or interruption. Unless required by law (including the Australian Consumer Law), PCA will not be liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation, rescheduling or relocation, including any travel and accommodation expenses. 8. Vehicle, third party property insurance and/or comprehensive insurance is the sole responsibility of the participants. 9. Limited personal accident insurance for this event may be provided for CAMS L2S licence holders in accordance with CAMS personal accident insurance policy, so please refer to www.ajg.com.au/associations/cams and click on the downloads link for details of the insurance that may be available . I agree that all my insurance arrangements are ultimately my responsibility. 10. Participation in the event will not be permitted without first completing appropriate release and indemnity deeds for both TA and PCA. 11. I hereby consent to PCA collecting, storing, handling and using my personal information to assess applications, contact me about the event, and for the purpose of direct marketing about its products and services. PCA may disclose your information to relevant third parties including Porsche AG and our related entities, our service providers, our business partners, other event organisers and as required by law. If you do not provide the information, we may not be able to do those things.
